SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipment of goods within New Zealand will be sent with courier service for $8.00 NZD. Rural delivery (including Stewart Island) will be charged at $14.00 NZD. There will be additional charges for delivery to Waiheke Island, Chatham Island and Great Barrier Island.
Shipment of goods to Australia will be sent with international tracked post via NZ POST (5-10 working days) or DHL EXPRESS (2-5 working days). Charges start at $20.00 NZD and are calculated by order weight.
FREE shipping option is only available for orders within New Zealand over $250.00.
Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm) are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours.
After your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation that contains the tracking details.
Although we will do our best to follow up on delayed packages,
this is at no fault of Beauty Bestie and you will not be refunded for shipping costs if the expected delivery time is not met.
You agree that you will be responsible for all freight costs unless otherwise stated. Beauty Bestie reserves the right to adjust your invoice, should actual freight costs exceed the amount already paid. You agree that Beauty Bestie may debit your account accordingly.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Beauty Bestie can only accept returns under the following conditions:
Damaged items: Contact us at info@beautybestie.co.nz within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Pictures of damaged or defective items will be required for assessment before a replacement is sent.
Incorrect goods: Please contact us at info@beautybestie.co.nz within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. If you do not receive all the items you ordered or if you have received an incorrect item, we will rectify the situation and arrange the return of any incorrect items. All items returned must be in the same packaging and same condition as you received them.
